Thanksgiving Nail Art Challenge - Charlie Brown

Day two! Today's theme is Charlie Brown. There are so many good Charlie Brown holiday specials. I love the Halloween one, the Christmas one, and the Thanksgiving one. They're just classic! The Peanuts comics are just wonderful in general.

To represent Charlie Brown in a Thanksgiving-related light, I decided to dress up the characters. I left Charlie Brown as his normal self, but I put a pilgrim hat on Snoopy, and an Indian headdress on Woodstock.  My lines are a little rough so it's hard to tell, but yes, it's a feathery headdress on Woodstock!

I also did Charlie Brown's shirt as the accent nail, since it's the brightest and most bold of the designs I chose. My zig-zags didn't turn out perfect, but I think it just adds to the hand-drawn, cartoon effect of it. I tried to outline just about everything in black to make it look illustrated as well.

Colors used: Zoya Jacqueline (not pictured), KleanColor Neon Yellow, Wet n Wild French White Creme, Wet n Wild Black Creme, and nail art polishes in Cocoa, white, neon yellow, and black. I'm not entirely sure why I forgot to get Jacqueline in there, but I guess I missed it!

I've never even drawn Charlie Brown or Snoopy with pencil before, so I'm really happy with how they turned out in paint!
