This polish is called Frosty, and it is representative of Frosty the Snowman. It is a clear based filled with mostly white glitter in a couple sizes, along with black medium hexes and some red squares. I love square glitter since it is so unique, and it certainly works in this polish!
Since it is a clear base, I applied it over another polish. I used two coats of Deborah Lippmann's Let's Hear it for the Boy, and then applied two thin coats of Frosty. I went a little easy on it at first since I didn't want it to be too insane with glitter, but then wanted just a bit more. The second thin coat made it perfect!
The glitter in this polish is dense enough that one coat will give you good coverage though. I also like how I didn't have to dig for glitter pieces. I got black hexes and red squares spread out pretty evenly without really having to try.
I really like how it looks with the blue. I wanted to choose a base color that would help show the white glitter, so I didn't choose white first, but I also didn't want it to be as dull as gray. The blue makes it look icy, and it really makes the red squares pop!
Frosty is a really cute holiday polish without being overly festive. It reminds me of snow, coal for a snowman, and the red is perfect for the holidays too! But since it's black, white, and red, it could also be used anytime, not just during winter.
