Floam is made by Nail-Venturous. I bought this one from Ninja Polish. This is my only Nail-Venturous polish (so far), so I'll be trying to get my hands on Pinkerbell, Orange You Unique, and perhaps Humble Bee too.
As you can see, Floam consists of tiny blue and super bright yellow-green glitter. It isn't sparkly, but wow, it is packed with little bits of color! This is two coats of Floam over KleanColor - Neon Aqua. Floam has a clear base, so I wanted to use a similar colored polish as "underwear" so there were no gaps.
Still, I'm impressed with this polish. It looks a little gloopy on the brush, but that is expected considering the amount of glitter pieces in it. Application was smooth, and I applied my two coats of Floam like I would apply a normal polish. I did not dabbing to try and get lots of glitter on - a lot of glitter just went on smoothly!
I know my photos don't do it justice, but it's quite beautiful. My camera never wants to focus on very tiny glitter pieces very nicely, so everything came out a bit blurry. I tried to make them come out the best I could! Still, this polish is really reminiscent of the true Floam. This is my first experience with it since I bought it last month, and I'm really glad I got to nab it from Ninja Polish for $9!
Indie Week will continue for the rest of the week, and I'll try to pick some interesting polishes for you all! Hopefully my camera will behave and the rest come out nicely too.
