I was pretty excited when I heard that HSN had Deborah Lippman polishes on clearance. I got two duo sets, and each set was just under $10 - so about $5 per polish! Needless to say, this is my first DL purchase since the price is typically pretty steep on them... but I still wanted to see what DL polishes were all about :)
Here they are in all of their unboxed glory. The colors are really pretty, but the names are also amusing! They're all part of the Footloose collection, named after the film Footloose. All four names are titles of songs from the movie.
Footloose and Almost paradise came as a set, and Let's Hear it for the Boy and Dancing in the Sheets also came as a set. They're such pretty colors - the red one is almost like a reddish coral color, and it will be the first one I use! Almost Paradise reminds me of key lime pie, and Let's Hear it for the Boy is like a light blue with a hint of periwinkle. Dancing in the Sheets is very dark, but it's a shimmery deep blue with hints of teal and purple.
I don't have all too much to say about them without swatching them, so I guess the swatches and reviews will happen this week! I'll try to post one at a time, beginning with Footloose. I'll probably be wearing it tomorrow to a blogger meetup since my dress is also red. I'll be posting about it afterward! :)
